6pm to 9:30pm
6pm-6:30pm – All artwork submitted and displayed.
6:30pm-7pm – Browse through student Art Gallery.
7pm-7:45pm – Elementary students perform.
7:45pm-8:30pm – Middle and Highschool students perform.
8:30pm-9:15 – Browse art gallery.
9:15pm-9:30pm – Students may take art pieces home. Clean-up.
This event is free for HFHG members. There is a $4 entry fee per student for each non-member family. Students can, but do not have to participate in both events.
Music Recital/Drama Participants:
We will have 18 5-minute time slots available. Each student can only participate in ONE performance. Sign-ups will be given on a first come, first serve basis. **UPDATE: SPOTS HAVE FILLED.**
Both solo and group performances are acceptable, as well as instrumental, voice, or dramatic performance.
Art Gallery Participants:
Students may display one piece of artwork in any medium: pencil, charcoal, paint, clay, computer graphics, etc. This is an art gallery, not a contest. No awards will be given.
All artwork will need to be matted with cardstock or foamboard and a label will need to be affixed to the front of the mat with name, grade, age, and name of artwork (optional). Some display boards will be available to affix your artwork to on a first-come basis. Otherwise art can be displayed lying flat on tables or you may bring something to prop your artwork up.
