HFHG is now enrolled in the Scripps-Howard Spelling Bee for 2010!!
What: HFHG Scripps-Howard Spelling Bee
When: Saturday, January 30, 10am, St Matthews United Methodist Church
Who: Students in grades 3-8 may participate
Cost: FREE for HFHG members; $5 per student for non-members ($10 per family max)
This will be our second year participating in this spelling bee, and our winner will continue on to the regional bee at Louisville Collegiate in March. The winner of the regional bee goes to the National Bee in Washington DC!!
You can sign up your students now by emailing hfhg@rocketmail.com and putting “Spelling Bee” in the subject line We will need the student’s name, birthdate and grade. Once your registration has been received, we will email you the study guide from Scripps-Howard.
